I was going to buy a much more expensive book on the DASH diet, but glad I found this one. It doesn't have recipes, but it does have all the info you need.
Very helpful, no weight loss, however I have reduced my hypertension tablets from two to one a day. Any reduction be it weight or tablets must be a bonus.
This isnt a diet, this is a change in your current diet, and although I do try to be mindful I began comparing
brands for sodium, and the differences are staggering. I have tryed a couple Kale smoothies that weren't
so terrific on the palet, however, I did within the first couple days notice that inflamation in my knees and
joints went away allowing me to move without pain. Very satisfied with the DASH plan
