I enjoyed reading this short but thought provoking book.
Good beginning to stoicism in everyday life.
Very nice quick motivational push - I was pleasantly surprised after reading this book.
The author provides some great tips on improving productivity in our modern world and draws the inspiration for these tips from the Stoic philosophers of the past.
There are so many books out there preaching the answers to productivity, but none more poignant than this one. The Stoics may have been what Harvey drew from textually, but the insight he adds is what makes this book a winner. If you want to do better, read this book!
